The story goes that 70 Years Ago, President Eisenhower of the United States was facing multiple demands on his time which came with the job of being president. To cope, he came up with a simple yet powerful tool for time management, productivity and decision-making skills which now bears his name: the Eisenhower Matrix.
To create a version of the Eisenhower matrix simply ask the questions, “What is urgent?” and “What is important” and, with a mindful approach, apply these questions to each task each day.
And build a simple matrix:

Clarity immediately arises. And you can work through you tasks quadrant by quadrant, starting with Quadrant One through to Quadrant Four.
And suddenly, miraculously, being overwhelmed becomes a thing of the past!
