Mindfulness practice and training applied to a life in business has made me an empathic and a good listener with an incisive insight into peoples’ personalities and their behaviours and interactions in life and their workplace.

As a psychology graduate, I have always been interested in how people relate with one another and the world. More recently as an accredited ILM Level 5 Business coach and mentor and a member of ABM (Association of Business Mentors) and ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) I have been sharing my lifetime’s experience in owning and running companies.

I am also a volunteer mentor with the Help to Grow mentoring scheme and have helped develop mentees with their Growth Action Plans over the past several years.

An Associate Member of the Enneagram in Business Network I have signed up to practice Blue Ocean Ethical Guidelines.

And, having practiced meditation since childhood, applying mindfulness to business has been a natural and fruitful development. After attending the first professional mindfulness training in the UK run by Jon Kabat Zinn at Bangor University in 2001, I went on to obtain a Certificate in Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in 2008 and in 2015 the Meditation and Mindfulness Facilitators’ certification at the Osho International Meditation Multiversity, India.
