The Process:
A verbal chat with the concerned team member, gathering all the evidence from the senior line manager and giving a personality typing profile (The Enneagram), a habitual pattern began to emerge. Over six one-hour sessions and with an additional two sessions, both in person and via Zoom, a series of practical sessions involving various role playing scenarios, written and talking exercises and various fun games, a new way of communication started to evolve.
First HH had to understand nuances and complexities of international cultures, communication methods and how misunderstandings could easily arise. Understanding how their own personality pattern and ways of reacting and responding, was creating a block, it then became very easy to forge ways forward.
HH understood how communication is only a bridge and using better tools can ease one into the river of working life.
Measuring the Process:
We used several self-awareness techniques, feedback questionnaires from team members and senior line management provided helpful pointers to the overall improvement of communication styles.

The Process:
A compatibility chat established how well we could work together with my experience of running a variety of businesses. The Enneagram proved to be an invaluable tool in gathering personality issues and working styles.
Over six one-hour sessions via Zoom, we worked together on SWOT analysis, creating a picture of how best MG can use her skills to her advantage and how to minimise threats and the opportunities before her.
By the end of session 3, MG had already got a lot of self confidence in being able to talk with her business partner in straight and simple terms and had also begun on her business plans.
Measuring the Process:
The 3 business plans and SMART goals helped MG understand which of the businesses had legs and which ones to pursue.

Over six one-hour sessions, doing SWOT analysis, empathic listening and creating a space of trust, SN began to explore what the main issues were. Using a variety of mindfulness and meditation techniques to create and build self-awareness, SN saw how problems and issues could be handled in different ways and by ignoring them or saying they do not exist, they do not go away. This realisation helped his overall well-being, creating calmness and also control his way of thinking.
Measuring the Process:
Self-evaluation questionnaire, senior line management and team members feedback provided a concrete measurement of performance improvement.
